Overview
First of all, we don’t have any refund or return policy, we have only exchange policy. We exchange products when it does not match the description or the product is damaged in some ways.
Exchange
Reasons why you can exchange a product:
- If the product does not match the description with the product you ordered.
- If the product is damaged, like discolored or torned. In that case, you have to inform us in 3days after receiving the product.
- If the color of the fabrics gets faded before 6 months then you can claim an exchange but you have to assure us that the product is not torned.
- If the fabrics produce goblin then you can claim an exchange in between 6 months as well as the product should not be torned.
- You get 6 months of color and fabrics Guarantee from us.
What you shouldn’t and should do to get the guarantee :
- You have to keep the receipt.
- Do not wash the fabrics with bleaching powder.
- Wash before it’s too dirty.
- keep the product untorned.
- Do not iron the fabrics.
- Hand wash only.
